Nobody's sure it's possible. I ship it anyway.

Fintech infrastructure across more markets than I can count. AI tooling and the advocacy to get it adopted. Been doing this long enough to know the interesting work starts where nobody even realizes there's a problem yet.

See what I ship ↓

I like the kind of work that cross-cuts seven repos owned by four different teams and has no clear owner. The stuff that sits in the backlog because nobody knows where to start. That's the fun part.

Skills and MCPs to carry the tooling. Plugins to package and distribute it. Advocacy and knowledge sharing to get it adopted. That's the playbook.

At work

Countless skills and plugins, experimenting with MCPs and CLIs. Knowledge sharing wherever it sticks. Every MCP we enable for the team is making us all a tiny bit more room for the exciting things. Kept showing up with working demos until observability and communication MCPs went org-wide — love that case.

On my own time

Coined and run labs — hands-on sessions to push AI tooling contributions further. Live coding, composing plugins on the spot, breaking things together. Knowledge sharing is caring and this is how I learn what I actually know.

Trying to ship something. Touching the grass. Waiting patiently for the next concept to arrive. Compounding.
